The Challenges in Understanding Standards of Educators and Educational Staff

This study aims to analyze the achievement of standards educators and education staff. It needs be discussed ensure an institution based on eight national that have been set. uses a qualitative descriptive method with 10 teachers staff at different schools Madrasah in West Java as participants. The instrument used is form questionnaire reference 19 National Education Standard (SNP). concluds (1) profiles show various results average 81.1% for Islamic Religious teachers, 81.6% Non-Islamic teachers; (2) aspects not reached maximum score are teacher certification, technology communication competence, or madrasas had Heads Administrative Personnel who experienced certified from designated institutions by government. recommendation this research need more in-depth comprehensive competence eligibility schools. important because main actors play determinant role success achieving educational goals.Keywords: Educator Standards, Personnels, Teacher Qualifications.
